I got it working again a couple of times by pulling the detachable keyboard off and putting it back on, but this is not a guaranteed fix.

Edit: Running Windows update does not help either. Hi, From the symptom, I suggest update BIOS and chipset driver for your MOBO as this keyboard requires more to achieve its performance. What is the model of your PC and Motherboard?

You can run DeviceManager, right click on the usb hub, check the power requirement under power tab propertis. If you have many USB devices, it's possible to draw too much total current from the USB controller and have operational problems.
Hey, I have a nforce 680i SLI 775 A1 version motherboard (122-CK-NF68-AR i believe), an e6600 process and an 8800 GTX graphics card. I took a look at my USB hubs and their power requirements. I don't have much plugged into the USB ports (i.e. Keyboard, mouse pretty much, with an mp3 player every now and then). I will take a look at updating my bios, not 100% sure how to update my chipset driver specifically though.
I did download and install the EVGA device drivers for my motherboard when i upgraded to windows 7, so assumed that it is all up-to-date on that front. Thanks for your help.
